Everybody can become a leader.

But in order to be a leader, one needs to learn how to follow orders first. And to be good leader, he needs to lead by example by showing how to do it and do it even better.

A leader takes the initiative, makes swift decisions, takes responsibility for both his own and his team’s decisions.

Integrity is about doing the right thing when nobody is watching.

It is about being accountable to you and you alone. It is a set of principles you live and stand by. It is about being honest with yourself, your team and your organisation. Integrity is our moral fibre and backbone.

HARMONY

We seek to achieve harmony.

It is more than coming together to work. It is about each person knowing what to do and what the other person is doing, and how to do it well together, all at the same time.

It demands we understand each other’s strengths and weaknesses and seek to help each other to perform our best together.

The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. It requires us to work together, complement each other’s strength, and by doing so, the weakest link becomes our greatest strength.

MASTERY

We aim to be more than just experts. We desire to be masters.

As masters, we must not be selfish, instead we take disciples, training others, imparting our well-honed skills. Because we know that when we teach others, we learn even much more.

Mastery also means we do not stop until we reach perfection. And deep down, we know it can still be better. In the end, we master ourselves.

Innovation is the key
to continued survival.
